W Wes is a visionary entrepreneur with over 20+ years of executive/owner experience. Wes was the majority shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of Meridian Behavioral Health Systems, LLC, a six state, 12 facility behavioral health company with 1200 employees. Wes is a Partner in Ethegrity Healthcare Consulting, Something Better Entertainment, The Farm Entertainment, and W&M Consulting Solutions. As majority shareholder of Meridian Behavioral Health Systems, LLC he was responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company with investors, key stakeholders and an executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Meridian Behavioral Health Systems achieved annual revenues of 80 million dollars at it’s peak with total revenues of companies owned by Wes over $100+
million dollars.

Wes has served as a mentor and consulaire to countless young executives nationally and internationally. With focus on results driven management style that optimize the strengths of the individual. Early in his career Wes learned that there are only WINS and LESSONS in business. These valuable “teach me” experiences has led Wes to his newest vision.
